Private Care Within Your Reach
Mira is an Art Psychotherapist. She specialises in using visual arts as a medium of language for psychotherapy. Through the therapeutic use of arts, Mira guides her clients who experience emotional challenges and psychological distress to attain healing and growth. She is concurrently a Senior Art Psychotherapist at the Singapore Institute of Mental Health providing Art Therapy to inpatients enrolled in the Early Psychosis Intervention Program (EPIP) and also conducts workshops for psychiatry residents.
Mira’s therapeutic orientation is client-centred, and her theoretical framework is informed by integrated models, which includes Freudian psychoanalytic psychodynamics, Jungian analytical depth psychology, Gestalt psychology, Rogerian Humanistic Person-Centred therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory, Piagetian theory of cognitive development and Mindfulness-based and Trauma-informed art therapy.
She guides her clients through a creative and transformative journey of art making as a form of psychotherapy, whereby their unconscious core-conflicts are identified and resolved through visual imageries and symbols.
Mira ensures her clients to encounter art psychotherapy as a safe and constructive therapeutic experience, where they can let go of their dysfunctional defence mechanisms, and unlock their creative minds to regenerate inner resilience and psychological vitality.
Mira is also passionate about sharing her knowledge and clinical experiences; she is a research-dissertation advisor at LASALLE College of the Arts, and delivers lectures and training on art therapy to healthcare professionals, teachers and therapists. Her deep experiences in multicultural settings allow her to work effectively with both local and international communities.

Endoscopy is a medical procedure which provides a clear
picture of your oesophagus, stomach, duodenum and colon.
This allows the doctor to assess your gut health and diagnose
digestive conditions, as well as screen for gastrointestinal cancers.
Recent reports show a rise in early-onset cancer amongst younger adults, sometimes withoutvisible symptoms, and it is highly treatable when detected early.
