Dr Tay Wen Sien has over 15 years of experience in preventive medicine through health screening and chronic disease management. She started her career as a Resident Doctor in both SingHealth and National University Health Systems hospitals and polyclinics, practising family medicine and attending to both acute diseases and chronic conditions for adults as well as children. She also spent some time in the geriatric department to further hone her skills in elderly care, before moving to private practice in 2007.
She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Southampton, United Kingdom in 1999, and went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine and Graduate Diploma from the University of Singapore thereafter. Dr Tay is also an accredited family physician with the Family Physician Accreditation Board, Singapore.
Dr Tay derives satisfaction in working with her patients to stay in the pink of health by advocating for regular screenings and active health management.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her sheltie, Prince. She is also a food enthusiast and loves travelling.
Dr Tay is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
