Dr Derek Koh is an accomplished physician with over 20 years of experience. He started his medical career in 1992 in the Singapore public healthcare sector before moving to the private sector.
He has a special interest in Preventive & Family Medicine and Health & Wellness Screening. He is also an advocate for “healthy aging” through early detection of medical issues and the subsequent prevention/ management through lifestyle choices beyond medication. His practice revolves around Functional Medicine – tailored health screenings and wellness programmes including the management of Andropause, Menopause and Obesity. He is also Board Certified in Anti-Ageing; has attained his Fellowship with the American Board of Anti-Ageing.
Additionally, Dr Koh has completed local certifications in Practical Andrology conducted by the Academy of Men’s Health (Singapore) as well as post graduate training in Nutritional Protocols accredited by the Australasian College of Nutritional & Environmental Medicine. He is also an EIMS certified physician in Exercise Prescription, an initiative launched by the American College of Sports Medicine.
Dr Koh firmly believes that anyone can enhance the quality of their life by adopting an active lifestyle. During his leisure time, he takes pleasure in engaging in a range of sports, such as tennis and swimming.
