Diana is a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP). She graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Master of Arts (Applied Psychology) in Counselling Psychology. She has experiences working across the community, primary healthcare and psychiatric rehabilitation settings.
Diana provides therapy for depressive disorders, mood and anxiety issues, and trauma- and attachment-related issues. She believes in the capacity of the human potential and is interested in helping people heal from their emotional wounds and find meaning in their experiences.
Diana believes that a strong therapeutic alliance is integral to the process of therapy and strives to build a relationship that is grounded in safety and trust.
Diana practises an integrative approach and draws from psychodynamic-informed and trauma-based modalities, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness practices. She is also trained in Attachment-focused Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (AF-EMDR Parts 1 to 3).
Originally from Indonesia, Diana has a good understanding of Singaporean culture and is sensitive to the needs of people from different walks of life. In her free time, she enjoys reading, travelling, as well as spending time with her family and pug.
Diana is fluent in English, Mandarin, and speaks basic Bahasa Indonesia and Teochew. She is most comfortable providing therapy in English.
