Sonographer

Lifescan Imaging is looking for Sonographer to join the dynamic team:

The Sonographer will be responsible for performing one or more of the following imaging procedures, and the duties assigned will depend on his/her professional training:

• Ultrasound
• Computer Tomography
• Other radiology machines or devices as required

Your primary duties include:

• Work directly with patients as part of the healthcare team, using imaging skills and
  equipment, to assist in diagnosing and treating a variety of ailments
• Regular radiography duties as agreed with the Doctor and the Centre Manager
• Update patients' charts, maintain equipment in the radiology centre
• Follow closely all of the safety precautions necessary to the job
• Manage customers’ expectations and uphold good service standards
• Perform administrative duties that are pertinent to centre operations and service
  standards
• Liaise and build relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g. patients, suppliers as
  well as colleagues
• When required, link with the equipment vendors for maintenance or general queries
• Any other duties to be assigned by your supervisor
