Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage reception area
  • Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration,
    appointments, billing, etc
  • Administrative duties such as insurance claims, Medisave, etc
  • Assist Doctor during consultations if required
  • Any other duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage
  • Enrolled nurses may be considered
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good customer-service mindset
  • Various locations
  • 5.5 day work week (may include evening sessions and/or weekends)
