Private Care Within Your Reach
Stephanie graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree in 2014 and subsequently with a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from James Cook University (Singapore).
Stephanie provides psychotherapy to adults and adolescents for a range of conditions, such as depression, anxiety, burnout, bereavement, difficulties with adjustment, attachment issues, and interpersonal difficulties. Understanding that every individual’s struggles are unique, Stephanie draws from a range of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, to customise an appropriate treatment plan for each client.
Prior to pursuing her postgraduate studies, Stephanie worked in a hospital setting and provided psychotherapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) with co-morbid mood and anxiety disorders, and emotional dysregulation. She also worked with families and educators in supporting these individuals across various domains in their lives.
With openness and curiosity, Stephanie creates a safe space for her clients in therapy, providing them with validation and support, as she partners them on their journeys towards living more value-congruent lives.
She is experienced in conducting psychological assessments for adults such as the WAIS-IV IQ Assessment as well as for children and adolescents (e.g., WISC-V, WIAT-III) to facilitate placements for special education, and accommodations for the classroom and examinations. She also conducts diagnostic assessments for ASD.
As a firm believer of self-advocacy, Stephanie guides her clients towards self-acceptance, and empowers them to advocate for themselves in the face of stigma.
Stephanie enjoys tending to her collection of 17 (and counting!) plants at home to unwind from a busy day. She also enjoys exploring different board games.

Endoscopy is a medical procedure which provides a clear
picture of your oesophagus, stomach, duodenum and colon.
This allows the doctor to assess your gut health and diagnose
digestive conditions, as well as screen for gastrointestinal cancers.
Recent reports show a rise in early-onset cancer amongst younger adults, sometimes withoutvisible symptoms, and it is highly treatable when detected early.
