Annabelle is a practising Clinical Psychologist in Singapore. She is registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) and accredited by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is also a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists, and is a Clinical Supervisor registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and with the Singapore Register of Psychologists.
She works with persons who suffer from Personality Disorders, in particular, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and treating persons suffering from complex trauma, anxiety and mood issues, and relationship difficulties. Personality Disorders are conditions where an individual experiences significant difficulty in the way they think, perceive, feel or relate to others. Such conditions typically worsen with stress or depression. Annabelle also has a special interest in geriatric issues including dementia, adjustment disorders, and grief and loss, and works together with caregivers to the elderly and provides caregiver support. In the young, she works with those with complex childhood trauma, emotional dysregulation, and socio-emotional difficulties. Annabelle’s other clinical interests include depression, anxiety, abuse, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
She adopts a non-judgmental, person-calibrated approach to create a safe and validating environment for individuals to explore their challenges.
Having worked in hospital, clinical and community settings in Australia and Singapore, she employs a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Transformational Chairwork, and Mindfulness. Annabelle utilises the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her couple therapy work. Annabelle has experience in assessing custody, and care and control issues, and is appointed to provide Custody Evaluation Reports (CER) to the Family Justice Courts of Singapore.
Annabelle strongly believes that the needs of each individual are unique and different. This philosophy is reflected in the careful selection of therapy and in her relational approach tailored to each individual need.
Having lived in Melbourne, Bergen and Shanghai, Annabelle has provided therapy to a range of local and expat populations. She is also mother to young boys and an aged feline. Stressful stuff, which Annabelle copes with by running around in nature and drinking green tea (while seated).

Endoscopy is a medical procedure which provides a clear
picture of your oesophagus, stomach, duodenum and colon.
This allows the doctor to assess your gut health and diagnose
digestive conditions, as well as screen for gastrointestinal cancers.
Recent reports show a rise in early-onset cancer amongst younger adults, sometimes withoutvisible symptoms, and it is highly treatable when detected early.
