Diana is a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP). She graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) in 2011 and a Master of Arts (Applied Psychology) in 2018 in Counselling Psychology.
She provides therapy for depressive disorders, mood and anxiety issues, and adjustment disorders, and has a myriad of experience providing therapy with different groups of individuals in the community, primary healthcare and psychiatric rehabilitation settings. Diana also facilitates support groups and hosts workshops to help individuals cope with chronic mental illness.
Diana believes that a strong therapeutic alliance is integral to a collaborative approach that she adopts in therapy.
She incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness in her practice. She is also passionate about supporting individuals to improve their health and well-being with an emphasis on the mind-body connection.
Originally from Indonesia, Diana has a good understanding of Singaporean culture and is sensitive to the needs of people from different cultures.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her (blind) pug. She maintains her health and fitness with regular exercise and mindfulness practices.
